This client-facing role is suited to someone who enjoys sales, communication and relationship building in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email and online enquiries
- Follow up new and existing leads
- Book client consultations and appointments
- Convert enquiries into new clients
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify opportunities across our range of services
- Work towards sales and conversion targets
